I got pretty excited when I opened SGN and saw this http://www.hunt101.com/img/098985-big.jpg and this http://www.hunt101.com/img/098988-big.jpg Then I saw that it was LE only. What's the deal with the parts kit? How much would it take to get a receiver and get this weapon in working order? The lowest that I have seen these is around $1200-1300. |
| Jayson at IGF had one for sale a few weeks back, and it was going for something like $1350. The receiver will cost about $450, and the parts kits are $400. Then there is the building and finish of the rifle and paddle mag install, and muzzle brake install. I just wish HK still produced a HK33e, and we could import that. |

Vector is listing the V-93 for under $1100. The only problem is that they keep dragging there feet and not producing the rifle yet. The big problem is the receivers are going for $450 as of now. Maybe POF can get there hands on some stamped HK tooled receivers and finish/weld them off in the states for a US part count. Bottom line is $450 is way too much to charge for a stamped receiver, and when someone elses produces the HK-93 and HK-94 receivers, Your going to see the price on the rifles and the receivers really drop. |
