I just got a USC today and shot a box of 50 rounds through it. It shot well, I just ordered 3 more Mags and a Picatinny rail so I can mount a red dot on it. For those who shot it how do you like it? Has anyone had any problems with there's? Thanks in advance.. |

I just picked up a used USC a few weeks ago. Since then, I have put a few hundred rounds downrange. Real fun to shoot and gives me big grins! No problems to report. Where did you locate the top rails for it? First thing I will be adding to it, beyond more ammo. -934 |
| I personally do not like Wolf ammo. I tried it in my 9mm, 40, 45ACP, 7.62X39 and 223. My personal opinion is it is junk ammo. When I go to the range the last thing I want to do is have problems with my ammo. I believe in spending a little more for the added comfort. |
I got mine a little over a year ago. Put a Holosight on it using the polymer rail that came with the gun. Still not set up dead nuts - might be the rail, might be me or might be the Holosight. Great shooter - fun as all hell to shoot! No (little) recoil. Mags are expensive - $45 each - bought three spares. Also found a couple of boxes of .45 super to push through it. Cleaning seems to be difficult - upper receiver nooks and crannies are tough to get at. Cool little carbine. |
| Mounted Ultra Dot sight on the USC. Got it sighted in 1 inch high at 25 Yards. Moved to 50 yards and was on zero. Groups are very tight. This is one great shooting gun. I agree with Bruce it is a little hard to get into the receiver area to clean, but not bad. Recoil is almost non existent. This will be one of my keepers. |
| I've had mine for about 6 months and love it, about 3 months ago i got the special weapons hi-cap lower that converts it to take greasegun mags, at first I had a problem with the pins walking out but SW replaced them with roll pins and i haven't had a problem since, I have put about 500 rounds through it and the system has been totally reliable, although i miss the way the factory mag would hold the bolt open after the last round and the factory mag catch was also better, but overall the trade off for the additional capacity was well worth it, I am planning on buying the rails for it soon with the vertical foregrip, but must divert expences to another project...however this is probly the only time I will ever say anything positive about special weapons, I had an SW5 and it turned out to be a total peice of junk, shortly after the 8 month wait from sw to get it I decide to sell it and lost a few hundred, hopefully after reading this no one will make the mistake i did and buy a SW5 |
