I do believe the paddle mag release will work on a HK91 series rifle. However, you do need to machine out the hole for the unit to be installed onto the rifle. | The best bet would be to order one from www.taclatch.com. It drops in with no modifications to the gun at all (so you can easily change it back to original condition if you wish), and it works, from all accounts I've read, great. I just ordered a couple, so I'll be able to give a better review on it when it shows up. |

Ditto with evil Ed, Go with the drop in unit. The factory unit has to be sleeved to accept a under size pin, then the receiver/shelf drilled on one side only to allow the smaller pin to be inserted, then welded over, once the sleeved unit is installed. This is the approved method from BATF. |
