I have not used a PRS for a FAL myself and I am not sure if they can fit both a standard and a Para lower. I think they are made to fit a standard lower only. You most likely have a Para lower so you will need a PRS made to fit a Para lower?, or a standard lower to fit the PRS on, or do some fitment to make the stock fit your Para lower.
If you change to a standard lower you can still use your Para carrier but you may want a new standard carrier as well. |

Buy a new, fixed-stock lower and mount the stock to that.

You will need a new:
Fixed stock lower trigger frame, includes recoil spring housing - # 061-A Tang Screw - # 091 Return Spring Tube Nut - #094 Return Spring Tube Washer - #093 These are the parts in addition to the stock it self that you will need. Another option would be to get a PARA side folding knuckle assembly and mount an A2 buffer tube to it. This would allow you use one of the new PRS AR stocks. These fold flat and lock along the side of the FAL and look really nice with the classic lines of the rifle. Thanks, Mike DS Arms |
