| Anyone have any experence with them. I know its impossible to get them strait. But im out of windage adjustment and about a foot to the right at 100 yards. Anyone know how costly this is to fix? |

Assuming you mean ARs. My son has had a couple uppers like that. Think he was able to fix one, sent the other back. Since this is a FAL forum, I assume he means that the front sight base on his FAL is crooked. The usual culprit is an over-timed barrel due to the barrel threads and receiver not mating properly. This is common with home-built FALs as well as some Century "Angry Beaver" builds. The repairs are not expensive or particularly complicated, but whomever does the fix needs to be familiar with the FAL and its idiosyncrasies. "Shoots to the Left, Needs More Heft..". Your barrel isn't torqued properly. "Shoots to the Right, Way Too Tight..". Barrel is over-torqued. A good FAL gunsmith can either torque your barrel to the proper spec if needed, or shim it if it's over-tight. Don't let anyone grind on the barrel or receiver unless they really know the FAL rifle. |

This. If you can find someone with a reciever wrench and barrel blocks it not hard to do. |
