A buddy of mine inherited an ARS FAL and is looking to sell it (stupid economy). What would a fair price be? It's built on a Coonin reciever, has a couple mags. He's thinking 1000 bucks or so. I can't find anything comparable on the internets, but it seems to range from 600 for a CAI to far beyond that depending, so I can't really ball park it for him.

what flavor fal? standard stock folding stock? what furniture?

Fixed stock. Not sure about the furniture.

post pics 700-1200.00 depending on config.

EDIT: if it's a special configuration like a Gew1 mock-up, Izzy HB or some other special configuration like a Congo model it could certainly go for more!

Yeah, post pics. I have an ARS STG-58 on Imbel. Wouldn't sell it for $1,200

IMO, Mark at ARS builds some of the finest FAL's available. I wouldn't get in a hurry. These FAL's, depending on components used & confiquration, tend to bring top dollar. YMMV
