None that I could see.  This thing is very surplus, light pitting etc.
I bought 16 mags for a song and this was in the mix.   I does fit my metric fal.

When the SA surplus mags were coming in I had a couple like this.  IIRC, the FAL Bible shows these mags were Syrian contract.  I don't have my book any longer but someone who does might be able to help.

rhodesia was under the british commonwealth and used british weapons, including L1A1s, until they declared their independence....they then went on to aqcuire whatever they could, primarily metric FALs....they did convert some of their inch L1A1 mags to fit in their metric FALs by removing the lug and punching out the beak.....seems like what you have....

^This is interesting...
I have been nibbling at this batch of mags for a while and bought a few with the baby poo paint a while back and later sold them off.  I finally broke down and bought was left.
