Can anyone tell me how long the threads are on the muzzle of a metric FAL?  I know the pitch and diameter is 9/16-24 LH, I'm wondering how long they are.  Not at home so I can't just pop my muzzle device and measure.

ETA: Something with an STG muzzle device in particular.

What exactly do you want measured?  The part in red is confusing.

I want to know how deep I need to drill and thread a custom muzzle device so that it rests against the shoulder and doesn't bottom out on the muzzle.
