I was concerned about it being an Entreprise receiver on a build. When gunsmiths experienced with FALs say that they won't touch an Entreprise receiver, it scares me. And these are guys who know how to straighten out a Century!

No go on a trade, he needs $ quick as he's starting a business. Says the gun runs fine and is in good shape.

As far as Enterprise is concerned, from my limited understanding, the issues with Century, Enterprise, Hesse, etc. stem from the difficulty i building such as having to chase threads, unaligned holes and other things that make putting them together a PITA. Once built and running most receivers will never give any trouble.

Now I learned that via the interweb and could be completely wrong, so if it is, please correct me

Huge, I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination. I just know that I have seen gunsmiths who were, or nearly were, FAL specialists, who have said that they wouldn't work on an Enterprise receiver. And the one I'm thinking of in particular WOULD work on CAI receivers.

Now, everything that I have ever heard was that an Enterprise RIFLE from them would run good. The troubles seem to be the receivers. I guess when you're cranking out a rifle, you have to make sure that it runs good. A receiver, well, it's not like it was shot from the factory, is it?
