i am thinking of getting a fish gill or a miculek type muzzle brake for my l1a1  . does anyone know  where i can get or order one ?  how easy is it to install one ( iam somewhat mechanically inclined). ? any information is always greatly appreciated.

I installed a Holland brake from Brownells.  I had to have the barrel rethreaded for it and the brake was reamed for use with .308.

Very good compensation.  I can double very quick, off hand at 25 yards and still keep them in the A zone.  It's my 3 gun rifle.
