Anybody else have problems getting the gas plug out because the lever to push the pin in is to long?

Nope, my DSAs comes right out. Does yours have the semi position and the single shot position?

Pushed lever in, and turned counterclockwise ( looks at muzzle)? It may be carboned up, there's should be a slot cut into teh other side of the gas plug that fits the rim of a 762 case to aid leverage.

Mine also drops right out. We need to get together and shoot FALs one day.
