Destroy them in what way?  I pick up my brass, as my father reloads, but I've never noticed anything wrong with it.  Ocasionally I have noticed a dent in the throat, but nothing extreme.

Most of them end up bent in the middle, about half way down

I have found that out of 20 rnds 3 or 4 come up with some kind of a dent or bend , I have been shooting Aussie surplus for a while because I got a ass kicking deal on a case 2 years ago , and I have got down to the bottom of the crate , so I will soon have to replace my back stock of .308s but 3 or 4 deformed cases is not a big deal to me as long as when I point it down range , pull the trigger , and it cycles ( Life is good )

sorry C-horse; should've said "search the 'Files" for that....but giillie's EJ-MOD page is gone so HERE is the page as pirated to my server.

giillie if you see this & object please LMK

i would like to say that i neither advocate not have i (YET) attempted this myself (don't mind the kisses, never have brass too beat to reload) and others seem to not agree it has merit

HERE is one of the original postings
