I was looking at buying a FAL carbine from orf and was wondering if anyone that has one shoots wolf and does it feed say 200-500 rounds without cleaning and without jamming.  Thanks.

Avoid wolf.  Buy Aussie, Portugesse, South African, Radway Green and Hirtenberger if you can them.

Wolf has spotty accuracy and is much dirtier than the surplus listed above.

YMMV

I have shot thousands of rounds without jamming a FAL. If a FAL is dialed in, it is hard to jam it. The thousands of rounds fored, were in a single day, i clean my guns relentlessly.

I would never disgrace any weapon I own with Wolf ammo. I don't own AK's, so I don't own Wolf.

While I have no problems with Wolf, do some shopping.  Wolf 308 is more expensive than good surplus ammo.

Wolf has been getting some good reviews over on the falfiles. But right now price wise surplus is the best bet.

You can try AIM, or Ammoman, or Ammunition store, or Dan's.  THere's so many sources for you to look through.

I've got an ORF and it is mighty fine.  So far I have only shot surplus through it.  Aussie and Port. mostly.  Never had a hiccup.

I think Cheaper Than Dirt and Sportsmans Guide also has Aussie and SA in stock.
