Hi,
I've seen a gun that uses a big drum mag. Is this a FAL. Can you switch uppers on a FAL??? I just know ARs

Yes, you can switch uppers. Unlike an AR15, the magwell is on the upper on a FAL.

Well... yeah I guess you can switch uppers, but on the FAL, the upper receiver is what is legally considered the "firearm". It also represents the majority of overall cost of the gun, so doesn't really make much sense to do so.
