I bought an STG58 recently from another board member. Awesome rifle. Where can I get/download a manual for this rifle? I'd like to read up on assembly/disassembly, cleaning, the gas system, etc.

I'm pretty sure DSA sells them. I got one at a gun show for $20 which was a rip off but it is worth having. Its essentially a military manual and has pretty clear and detailed instructions for pulling the gun completely apart.
