How common are these things?

My Uncle was using one as a slide stop on his .22 pistol because he didn't realize the pistol had a slide stop. LMAO

I told him what it was, showed him the slide stop and told him the mirror was my Family Gusnmith fee for services rendered... unfortunately it wasn't my Grandfather's from WWII but hey, now I can inspect my barrel a hell of a lot easier!
