For Those here who have one- what's your favorite scope mount for the M1A?

The Bassett with a Bradley cheek rest.

I have several, but only use two. A Bassett low and a Ewings(low tech Bassett). I like the ability to remove and replace without losing zero.

Sadlak is the best from what I've read.
I had a Springfield gen 3 on mine when it was scoped

Sadlak for over 8 years, love it. There are several good mounts for the M1A, just make sure it does not interfere with case ejection.

Love my Brookfield Precision Tool mount but they aren't made any more and are hard to come by.

Brookfield Precision (the original effective mount for the M14) or the Smith (improved copy of the BPT mount).

I just was on fultonarmory.com a few days ago and didn't see the bassett mounts. I thought they used to carry them......

There was an SA three point mount on my m1a when I bought it and it's been great, repeatable zero.
I had another(SA)but sold it to a buddy when he bought his m1a but this thread makes me wish I still had it.
