I assembled these parts around 1999 to build an M-14. The barrel was bought  from SA and all the other parts came from CMP. (I have all the receipts)
The rifle was assembled on a friend's receiver, we fired about four magazines and then I gave him back his receiver to wait on my own. It never happened and I have had these parts put up for 13 years.

I have decided to sell it all including a stock from Fred's.

I don't have a clue what it is worth. Can you give me a rough idea of what to ask. I really don't want to piece it out.

Bolt :7790186 HRT A19 CAN
Trigger 7267030-HR-N
OP Rod 7267064 HRA
Barrel HR 7790L90 1-62-V

If everything is in good shape (barrel, op rod tab, etc.) that's $1,000 or so worth of parts.  You may have to break it up to get the thousand, but I guarantee you it's worth a lot more than you paid in 1999.
