I found an optic mount for the stripper clip from Sage that holds a scope base to bridge the reciever looks sold.

Keep in mind that the Sage stripper clip mount is designed to be used with the Sage stock, otherwise variations in rail height can happen.  It wasn't even at the same height on my rifle when using Sage products, which is obviously a reflection on the receiver machining more than anything else.

Ok mixing parts may not be good I found a KAC rail that comes with a matching rear sight lug for the stripper clip.

Mixing parts is certainly not good.  Even with the correct parts you still may have a problem.  Just put a straight edge on the rail sections across the gap to check for misalignment.  Mine was about 1/16", which would have put a crimp in the scope tube when everything was tightened up.
