| what would a person be looking at cost wise if they bought the troy chassis and then bought the ar style stock seperate along with the pistol grip. i know you can get them as a combo but i was thinking it would be cheaper to purchass the chassis and then buy the furnature, aftermarket or used. any info would be helpful. I'm looking for the best option for scoping my scout, and for the price of a good mount you can just about add a few bucks and get the TROY |
| the TROY is way heavy you lose the rear sight breaking it down for cleaning is easy sorry to bad mouth your choice but I had one mounting platform is great but unless you are hard core operator some of the gear is going to add lbs. on top of stock my.02 look into CM Manufacturing they started doing mods to USGI synthetic stocks that look promising |

I am guessing you dont have one or have only held one that had tons of stuff bolted to the rails. Troy is the best for battle rifle role IMHO. JAE is the best for percision. Troy MCS also changes the recoil axis so it comes back into your shoulder instead of up. |
