I have a new Springfield "Loaded" model in walnut with a 22" barrel in carbon steel.
Would my barrel fit the Sage system? Springfield's site says I have a NM medium weight barrel. Thanks. |

im not 100% sure but i think all sage stocks being made now will fit medium barrels. that s what the rep from sage told me when i ordered my stock last week. anyways she noted medium barrel on my invoice. The chassis has accepted a medium heavy barrel since day one - that's not the problem. The problem is the top rail. Make sure it uses 5 screws and not 6. I recommend you get the 5 screw top rail even if you never plan to run a medium heavy barrel. |
