[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Ram-Line Stock?

Hello,

I just received a Ram-Line Synthetic Stock for my M1 .308 conversion. It has a stud on the butt stock instead of rear sling swivel. Has anyone put a rear swivel on one of these? If so, how did you do it? Pics? How has it held up over time?

Maybe you are supposed to hook a quick detach to it?

Yep, that is the idea, but I had read somewhere where somebody attached a rear swivel but can't find it now.

Probably have to cut a slot for a m1 sling loop to go in then drill a hole through the butt to go through the sling loop and hold it. then maybe fill with some acra gel or epoxy or something.
