I had some down time so I made a few changes to my light weight MK14...
The little Aimpoint Micro T-1 on a LaRue LT660 looks over the pressure switch activated SureFire SCOUT light.
A 1-4x24 scope in a reversed LaRue SPR-E LT-139 should be the same height and look over the weapon light as well.
The low cheek riser works on the CTR, but I may try out a medium riser and see if it's an improvement in the future.
The original GLFS-D was replaced with a GLFS-H and the USGI gas plug was replaced with SEI's new SOCOM 16 gas plug.
I added the USGI Breech Cover in an effort to deflect gas blown back into my face when firing suppressed... it works!
The entire package weighs just under 11 pounds with the magazine and sound suppressor removed.
