Just got a CMP rack grade.  I bought two boxes of Wolf and went to the range.  Every 3rd or 4th round would not extract properly.  A couple of times there was an empty case in the chamber, other times the empty would get stuck in the works.  Is this a Wolf issue or rifle issue?  How can I get the rifle to run the cheap stuff?  I hate the idea of some princess gun that only likes certain ammo.  For what it is worth, I cannot get the extractor/bolt/ejector apart even with a hammer and punch.

You may have broke the extractor using Wolf ammo. You need a bolt tool to take it aprt. Its not a "princess" rifle, sorry but it wasn't designed to run on cheap , dirty, steel cased Wolf.
Did you do a complete break down of the rifle, clean and lube, as instructed with your rifle?

It seems unlikely that the bolt or extractor broke in less than 10 rounds with no visible signs or sounds of anything breaking.  But I guess Wolf ammo really is that bad.

Let's ignore the steel case ammo for a second.  What are the other common causes for extraction problems on an M1?  Are there any small parts that get worn or gummed up?

First and most important question.. was the bolt completely dis-assembled and cleaned out of all cosmoline and grease? Same with the rest of the rifle?

I cleaned everything, but I was not able to get the bolt apart.  I sprayed it more than liberally with brake cleaner, shook it out and sprayed just as liberally with CLP.  It did get abunch of crap out.  I have been doing some more reading on bolt disassembly, I am going to take another stab at it.  I also have some brass case ammo to try.

"(If you want to avoid the most trouble, avoid Wolf with its steel cases from
Russia. It does everything from cause mis-function to disassemble extractors from the bolt face to actuallybreak off extractors to foul chambers.)

Heres the whole article

I'd bet that the extractor and ejector springs are gunked up.... I'd try to get the bolt taken down and cleaned before trouble shooting any further...
