What would i have to do to change the Flash hider on my m1a loaded to theNYS legal Muzzle break?

Contact SEI and purchase one of their M14 US Coast Guard Muzzle Brakes.

Is this the best break there is? How would i replacei tho? are m1a muzzle devices perm. attached? or is there a tool i need to remove it?

you'll need a small allen wrench and an pair of castle nut pliers. It's a 5 minute job if you take your time.
