Who sells Chicom flash hiders with bayonet lugs for Poly m14s?  I understand they need to be metric threaded.

I am starting to dislike the factory faux fH.

The flash suppressor is not threaded, the castle nut is.

Assuming you want to domesticate a ChiCom M14 you just buy a USGI
lugged flash suppressor and use the original ChiCom castle nut to install it.

Oh snap!  I probably knew that...

Ok, so would I have any problem just popping out the same castle nut, or will it require some persuasion?

Mine popped right off with a little whack. It had acually shot loose. But still had one tack weld tryining like hell to keep it on. Some had the castle nut welded. While still other's require some grinding

The USGI castle nut and the Chicom castle are close enough in thread pitch that you can use a standard thread nut on the Chicom barrel
