Is this mount see-through once a scope is mounted?

No, it is see-over without scope and rings.

I have the ARMS #18 w/ #22 low rings and I can see the rear sight but not the front sight. But with the quick detach rings if I need the irons they are accessable. Maybe not the quickest but its a range rifle only.
