I have one current project that I am working on as far as rifles go, when that is done I am thinking about buying an LRB M14.

Shoot me the pros and cons, guys.....

Sure, buy yourself a top shelf quality M1A!

And, if you're going to utilize optics, you might consider the M25 receiver with integral rail.

Cons: Lengthy wait time due to backorders and high demand.
Pros: Rifle "lovingly" assembled with much attention to detail, and great personalized customer service.

To speed things up buy your M25 from SEI and have Ron build your rifle with
an 18.0" or 22.0" medium heavy Crazy Horse barrel with the new M80HT

Picked up an LRB in October of last year.  It is, by far, the best 7.62 rifle I own.  You can't go wrong with LRB.

Not sure what the wait time is right now but I had mine in hand three weeks after I placed the order.

I've another variable to add to this equation: Walnut or birch stock? I've got a LRB M25 and M14SA on order and I didn't specify, but now that I see there's an option, is one more desirable than the other?

Just do it,
Once you have it in you hands, you'll never look back. I can honestly say I've never had any regrets buying mine. I guess depending on what you are ordering, you could be in for a very long wait.  Personally I've got another standard receiver on order, I prefer the orginal config... but then again, I'm old
Do it now, you'll be glad you did.

Hi Guys,
This is not my line. I wonder if you could post their site for the LBR. I could use a good .308 cal. TIA

Igot lucky on my LRB.  I called them last year and they had two on hand:  I had one of them a couple of days later.   Due to stoopid laws, they had to send mine w/o a bayonet lug. They sent that in a seperate package.  NY laws prohibits them from attaching a bayonet lug even on a gun they are shipping to a state where it is legal.  Anyway, no big deal and it is a great gun.
