Does my SA M1A STD have a chrome lined barrel?

If the barrel has the number 7790190 on it, then it is chromium plated. You may have to remove the hand guard to find the manufacturer markings.

I won't be able to check the barrel for another week, so what are the chances it is chrome lined? Thanks

If the rifle was assembled between 1978 and 1986 or after December 2003, none. Otherwise, pretty good.
