Does anyone have an inside scoop of some one coming out with a krink flash hider for the SOCOM? I've got to replace the ugly ass brake on mine even though it is effective. Will the krink not be enough to cycle it? If we all get together and say "pretty please" will that help?

I think Troy may be doing it, but if it is from Troy, then we have a long wait before its release, then another long wait after its release

Troy does seem to be the master of the tease I just wish some one would throw us socom owners a bone and come up with at least 1 option. Even an adaptor to use a Bulgy krink would be cool.

I guess I should clarify my point. I want a flash hider that will still cycle the weapon not a brake that emits a fire ball in low light.

Do you mean something like this.

That is sweet where in the hell did you get that? Is it a hider or brake?

Cool you just made my day. Does it work good? Any quirks? Anything that I should be aware of?

It looks great, but how does it work before I send my rifle off to have it worked on.

yeh have you checked for function yet ?

"yeh have you checked for functoin yat ?"

That's my concern. From what I understand the SOCOM brake has alot to do with it's function. That's why I was thinking about a krink hider because it helps with the back pressure enabling the short barreled AK's cycling.
