Wesson Chief of Ordnance The man on the left is Mr. Edwin Pugsley Winchester Repeating Company Divison of Western Cartridge Company What they are doing is Mr. Pugsley is giving Major General Wesson the FIRST Winchester Production Rifle from Winchester's production line.
