Could someone give me an approx. value on a M1A1 ?

The M1A1 is a SA preban that is unfired and its in the original green and white box with Army manuals.

The previous owner said that the guy that he got it from said that it has all TRW parts.  The serial number on it is 7790XXX.

Thanks.

Shit!
Unfired,in the original box,all TRW!Assuming "all TRW" really means all---barrel,op rod,trigger,bolt etc, I'd say $2000.

7790185 is the USGI drawing number for the M14 bolt without a bolt roller installed. That number is stamped on such bolts at the top rear end. The M1A rifle serial number is located on the very top back end surface (behind the rear sight). It will be a six digit number.

Late 1982 or early 1983.

How much are they asking for it?  Sounds like a great rifle!

I'm making a pretty big trade for it.  I was just wondering round about what it was worth.
Thanks.

That does not matter anymore, unless you live in a non free state.

I would not let that add to the value/price.
