There's one for sale at www.warrifles.com for $1,175.00 but no barrel or receiver of course.  If interested, go to the M14/M1A Marketplace forum.

That price is way too high.  You can get a preban M1A in new condition for not much more if you look around.  

That parts kit still needs at least a $400 receiver and $200+ for a barrel.
