Does anyone know a site for instructions for using this:

The more detailed the better.

Thanks

the picture itself is all you need,
the guy's index finger is pushing a button, that  pushes out the extractor, while you squeeze the lever with your palm,
sometimes you may need to tap that button with a brass hammer
then just let off the pressure applied by your palm, go easy, and remove the bolt, then remove the extractor, be careful that the spring loaded ejector and spring and detent for the extractor don't get lost

to reassemble, the lever applies pressure to compress the ejector so the extractor can be tapped into place,

neat tool to have, much easier than a cleaning rod handle
