Question: The Smith Connect Vortex (2000V) is the model to use if you plan on using the Smith M14 Gas Cylinder Lock Sight, correct? The other model, the 2002V should be used if you wish to keep the standard front sight post.

I hsve the gas cylinder block sight and love it
much easier to aim with
plan on getting a smith Vortex FS
