Is there a way to tell is a M1A Scout was built using USGI parts?

From what I understand, Springfield recently ran out of parts and started using their own.  I need to know how to tell the difference.

Other than barrels SA ran out of most USGI parts darn close to 20 years ago.

You can still find some NIB with a good M14 barrel, but that's about it.

The major parts...bolt,barrel,op-rod,trigger group will either have USGI or commercial part numbers and manufacturer id on them
