Well, I got my Polytech off a board member about 2 months back. I found a guy on m14forum.com and he was selling a complete M14 parts kit for a good price and assembly. I was originally thinking about sending it to Fulton or Smith Enterprise, but I couldn't pass on the deal. The guys name is warbird on the other forum and I beleive my rifle will be back by the end of the month. I was going to shoot it but I did not know if it would headspace correctly. For this rifle I would rather error on the side of caution and have it professionally rebuilt. I will get a camera and post the pics when I am done. I have a preban M1A and a postban. I just wanted a forged version of the M1A. I want to see how it works out. Ekie kinda pushed me to have it done after I read his post. Man this is an expensive hobby.  max |
