My error, price is $ 7.50 each plus S&H and they do have buckles and keepers. OD Green webbing.

another question (sorry).... Cotton or Nylon?

I don't think the slings are nylon, heavy web fabric, probably a cotton like material. the sling has a flat hook for attching to rifle and a metal clamp keeper. I have two new AR15 slings and I believe that they are black nylon.
