The first suppressor I built was an integral 22 ruger with 9" tube. I decided to try an integral design and figured why not another Ruger.  This started as a 5.5" bull barrel, I cut it down to 3.25" recrowned and threaded after profiling. The suppressor tube is 6"lg 304ss. The mono core is 7075 aluminum type 2 anodized at home. This is 3" shorter than my original one and much lighter. I still need to polish the tube

That is very cool. How does the sound compare to the longer tube?

To my ear it has a sharper tone and is slightly louder. Others told me they sounded about the same.

I like the simplicity and few parts of the monocore, but it's easier to get the gas to do what I want with the conventional baffles.  My goal with this one was something lighter and shorter to carry around when doing work at the land so I can shoot snakes without hurting my ears - those requirements were met so I'm happy

Very nice! How do you keep the front sight on the tube aligned, if you don't mind me asking?

I put an indexing pin in the bottom that the tube fits over
