Hey, I am about to make my 60 degree cones for my form one build. The cones will have skirts to act as spacers. I was planning the skirts to be .4in. Do yall think that will be enough space between the cones, or should I go with .5? Weight will not be a concern because this is a short reflex can on an 8 in barrel. I figure more baffles would be better since it is not very long, but volume should be good because of the reflex section. This will be a 300 black out mostly subs, but it will see supers too. Thanks.

.500"  seems to work well. Sig's new cans are .375" spaced but have many baffles

Most of what I have read is go shorter not longer. .4 should be OK, I am not an expert!

Make sure you also look at;

Form 1 boards

Ok thanks. I'm going with  .4. It will allow an extra baffle over what .5 will.

Thanks again.
