Was looking at these kits on his website, however I was unsure if spacer and baffle material was included in these kits. I'm wanting to form 1 a .30 Cal can and looking for the all in one order solution if you will. Was ideally wanting to do a 7" build direct thread. Any recommendations for preferred tube OD/ID from anyone that's used the kit? Thanks in advanced , I know my noviceness is showing.

The kit includes the tube, end cap, and thread adapter of your choice.  You'll still need spacers and baffles.  Spacers are available on the site.  Baffle options are available, but you have to custom order them.   As for tube size, I'd go with either the 1.5/1.375 or the 1.625/1.502*.

You'll have to put a note to have the 1.625 tube bored out as that's not the standard ID.

Check here for baffle options

submitted my form 1 this morning, within 5 minutes got the confirmation that it went pending, not sure if thats the norm now or i just lucked out. I used the tacked guide at the top and noticed he mentioned it was about a 24 hour turn around. planning a 7" Ti can for .300blk.

It's instant if you don't have to check the box and provide your own info (usually model and/or caliber).

The 24 hours was for those that had to clear Pending Research. That time has actually increased to anywhere between a few days to a couple weeks.

They already have too much business so they probably haven't taken the time.

Here is the answer to most of your DM questions:

Here are the basics:

The tube kits are the Tube and Ends to it, can be ordered online or by email.  Ordered length is overall length.  For example most ends are .2"s but Griffin QDs are .4", so if you order a 8" Kit in direct thread you would get a 7.6" tube with .2" ends, if you ordered a QD adapter you would get a 7.4" tube with  .4" and .2" ends.

Spacers can be ordered online or by email.

Plugs, VSR, or 80% internals can be ordered by email.

If you want everything as a package he will work out the quantity and sizes of the spacers.  It will arrive as the ones I build were done for the most part, .50" spacers and a appropriate sized blast chamber.

If you order the 1.625" tube with 1.502" bore or the 1.5" with 1.378" bore then all 1 1/2 and 1 3/8" over the counter Pipe, stainless plugs, or VSRs will fit.  If you are getting spacers or internals from him it doesn't really matter.  If your useing off the shelf VSR they are really easy to reduce so doesn't matter to much either.

The 1.625" all Ti kits would be the best form 1 base kits for most 5.56/30cal builds.  To take that a step further the REFLEX version of the same tube is awesome.
