Ruger does.  Put in your order and within a week or 3 they'll ship.  My order was on hold forever and a day because of 4 friggin screws for a grand total of $3 was backordered and I guess they didn't think a person might want the bulk of their order filled and then just ship the screws whenever they feel like it.  I had to cancel them off my order to get it done and then got screwed on the shipping...but it all worked out in the end.  That said the 10 rd mags by Alpha are the only ones that will let you use longer loads.  Both the stock mags(metal and poly) will only feed OTS length rounds.

I will only use the 5 round poly mags. For 10 rounders I'm going with the Alpha mags. Shorter, lighter, better springs and barely more expensive than the Ruger steel mags. Would be nice if Magpul would make AICS mags.

I have been really wanting some Alpha mags for a while now, but I just can't justify the price difference over the polymer Ruger mags I get at my shop. I've only ever had one problem with a polymer magazine and that was solved by simply doing an exchange and swapping it for a working one. My situation is unique in that I work in the industry and get certain things (like the Ruger mags) really cheap... If I were in your shoes and the price difference was only $20 or so instead of $40+ then I'd go for the Alpha's also.

Dumb question here, but what is an alpha mag?

Here you go: AICS ALPHA mag

I am curious to know where Alphas can be had for only slightly more than the Ruger Poly ones. I got my poly ones off Midway for under $30 each, and the Alphas are more than double that.

x2, I pay about $24 a piece for my poly mags.

Right now mag prices suck in general, but pre-CT shooting finding the Ruger GSR poly mags for $25-30 wasn't difficult.  I bought 3 for $80 shipped, now I can't find them in stock.

As I stated before you asked, I work in the industry, and you probably cannot find them for that price in the current market. 3-4 months ago you could have no problem.
