Finally got a GSR located and will soon be mine. Trying to do as much research as possible before purchasing optics. I think I have settled on the Vortex PST 1-4 on top of the Ashley extended rail. Anyone else try this combo? How did you like it?

| I have a PST, although not on my GSR, and it is a great optic. I have the XS rail on mine with a 1.5-6x Burris XTR in Leupold QRW mediums. You will be good to go with any quality low-to-medium powered glass, but I wanted a little more magnification for longer shots on mine. The Burris is fantastic and I'm very, very satisfied with the setup, despite the fact that it is heavier than I'd prefer for a rifle of this type. |
