1# When I downloaded the form 1 on the cleo copy they have 4g blackout
Are we not supposed to give cleo the serial number on that page ? 2# were we sign on form 1 we have to put are signature and next to it as trustee  ? #3 And how many FD-258LE cards and passport pictures do I need done if its just me on the Trust ? Any help would be great.. Thank you |

1. CLEO doesn't get photo, SN, or FP cards
2. I always sign mine "as trustee", except for the CC authorization 3. Two FP cards for each SN, so one set if you're filing one Form 1. One photo, and it goes on the RPQ, not the F1. There's a sticky in the General NFA Questions forum that should walk you through it. |
