Pardon my confusion but I'm in the process of attempting o submit a form 1 on e-forms.

I have a question on adding the line item. I am planning on building a .300 blk. Upper with my Anderson .223/.556 lower. Do I utilize "FMI" and fill out the caliber as 300 and list the serial number that is already on the lower? Will this raise any flags when they check the serial number and see it's not a .300?

Or do I use the Anderson mfg drop down and subsequent options in the drop downs (which .300 is not an option).

Registering with my trust if that matters.

Use Anderson and choose the appropriate model and caliber.  FM1 is used for Suppressors or 80% lowers you make yourself.

Manufacturer info from lower.

Caliber is what you're building, not what's engraved.

That's what I assumed but it does not give me 300 as an option if I choose the anderson info. Only 9, 556, & 308 are offered as options under caliber

Ok. Disregard I figured it out. Selected a different model (same model no space or hyphen) and multiple calibers showed up

It's just because no one has filed that exact combo.

You really should ignore what's in the dropdowns, as they don't guarantee anything is correct. You need to submit exactly what you want, not just pick from what's available.
