I had a gun shop help me out with creating a trust and filing out a form 1 last year and no longer have access to their help (friend no longer works there and is out of the country).

When I submitted my paperwork last year I sent in along with the form 1 copies of my trust documents.

I am wanting to build a new SBR do I still have to send in my trust paperwork with the form or just the form 1 and a check for the stamp.

Now the name on the form 1 will be the name of my trust.

Any help thanks!

You either send a paper form (two copies, printed 2-sided) along with the trust, or you use eForms and upload a copy of the trust.

Either option will allow you to pay by CC. Paper form will also allow you to pay by check/MO.

Yes, the applicant will be the name of the trust.

Well last time I mailed the ATF the trust forms including the paper with the notary seal on it. I still have a copy of the forms without wet signatures on them (names and everything else printed on them) so do I have to get another notary to notarized it again and all the trustees to sign it again? Would the ATF have the originals on file?

No reason to ever mail the ATF an original. Just sent them a copy with the notary stamp showing. If the notary used the impression stamp instead of ink stamp, very lightly shade it before making a copy.

Assuming you have a copy of the notarized version with all signatures, just make a copy of that and send it. That's all they're getting in eForms.

So I can't find the original trust doc's with the notary seal on it and our wet signatures.

Can we sign the blank copies I have and have a notary notarize it then just submit them?
