I'm going to take a SBR to Idaho for a hunting trip. My question is, once I arrive in Idaho I have to transit Oregon several times to arrive at the camp as the road straddles the ID / OR border...do I need a Form 20 for Oregon too? If so, what would I use as an address? Normally I would think you wouldn't but this is sort of a gray area since I'm departing the "destination" and then reentering.

The 5320.20 is for the destination. As long as you're passing through, the Safe Passage section of FOPA should cover you.

Or, just pick a range in OR and submit that address so there's no question.
