I filed a form one with a barrel length of 10.5"
It is my understanding that after approval I can change this configuration with different barrel lengths. Can it be shorter? (than 10.5') If not, is there a way to amend to 8.0" before approval? |

To be clear...it can be anything other than 10.5", but once you initially build it to 10.5". If you want to initially build it as something else, that info should be provided to ATF before the firearm is made. |

Correct - my assumption was that it would be built first as the 10.5'' then swapped to what you want to use. |
