One of my SBR's is a Palmetto 10.5 CHF upper on a Papmetto lower I built. The other day the rear trigger pin walked out on me twice and binded the trigger/hammer up. I have a shoot I'm going to tomorrow that I need to use this gun for. Is there some sort of a quick fix to help stop the pin from walking up?

One thing I noticed was that the pin was kind of coated with CLP, possibly making it a bit slippery. Do you think drying it off might help?

I don't have time to by KNS pins before tomorrow unfortunately.

Are the legs of the hammer spring in the grooves of the trigger pin?

Does the trigger pin have a groove on the side to catch the leg of the hammer spring?

THIS - you probably put it together wrong.

1. Assemble correctly.

2.  KNS pins if it makes you feel better

Also make sure your hammer spring is on the hammer correctly.

Duct tape something thin but rigid over the hole. Or just duct tape over the hole.
