I know this has been asked before but I can't find the specific answer I want so I apologize but...

I'm getting ready to file my form 1 with my trust information. I was planning on waiting until my form was approved to have my 80% lower engraved, but I have to submit a serial number, can this be any number I make up or are there restrictions? Can it be my trust, my address, serial #1? Is there any length or complexity requirements?

Yes, you can choose/make up your own serial number.  Have to use roman alphabet, alphanumerics, no minimum or maximum length requirements.
